Join Arboretum staff online for a chat about field guides and other nature topics.
The Nature Exchange is a casual virtual conversation about all things nature. Drop in to hear members of the Arboretum's Nature Interpretation team share stories and answer your questions about the wild plants and animals of the GTA. You are welcome to join the conversation or just listen in.
The theme for this Nature Exchange is Demystifying Field Guides. Field guides are fantastic tools which can help you identify plants and animals in your area. But they can also be big, thick books full of confusing terms and unfamiliar things like "identification keys". Whether you already use field guides regularly or have never seen one, join us for a casual conversation about how we use them, and some of our staff's favourites.
This is a free, drop-in event open to all.
No registration is required; just join the Microsoft Teams meeting using the link on the Humber Arboretum website on April 28 at 2 p.m.
