New Health & Safety Features on the Humber Guardian App

The Humber Guardian App is designed for Humber students, staff, and faculty. It provides quick access to campus safety and security resources, emergency contact information, safety services, and a safety toolbox. 

Recently, members of Humber’s Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees, Occupational Health and Safety Services (OHS), and the Department of Public Safety, collaborated to create two new health and safety features that are now available on the Humber Guardian App: 

  1. Report a Hazard or Near Miss Incident

  • Use the App to report a hazard or near miss incident. Completed submissions are sent to OHS for review and follow-up. 

  1. Quick Access to Health & Safety Resources

  • Get easy access to the Humber OHS webpage, the incident reporting process and OHS contact information.
