A faculty team from the School of Health Sciences composed of Craig "the Magnum" MacCalman, Richard "the Guns" Alvarez, Jackie "the Nurse" Galea and Sandra "the Constable" Cop will be participating in an international SimWars competition this weekend in Vancouver, Canada.

The team, made up of nurses and advanced care paramedics, will take part in this exciting competition representing Humber. The Royal College invited all health care professionals to experience the latest innovations in simulation-focused learning, research and practice at the 2013 Simulation Summit as well as a simulation competition. The winner last year was an interprofessional military team. The competition is fierce, but we believe that we will WIN!

The team will be impressively dressed wearing Humber Hawks t-shirts donated by Ray Chateau from Athletics Director.
