African Canadian Entrepreneurs

• Ricky Neckles earned his B.A in Mechanical Engineering in 2007 from the University of Toronto.
• Ricky became one of the youngest recruit at the company Accenture to be appointed Management Consultant Analyst where his portfolio included consulting with companies such as Sears and Loblaws.
• In 2008, Ricky founded Neckles Global Enterprise Inc. He then co-founded TNTech Canada Inc., now one of Canada’s leading supplier and distributor of on-site paging services.
• Ricky served two terms as President of the National Society of Black Engineers: Toronto Chapter.
