Fall 2015 Student Personal Training Program:
Participate in the program and be assigned to a trainer from September to December 2015! The fee is $75.00 for the semester and the program includes: a health screening and goal setting session; initial and final fitness assessment; development of a workout program specifically for you; two student personal training sessions for one hour each week.
