On Monday, September 30, 2013, Chef Stadlander provided a cooking demonstration for HRT culinary students in the afternoon prior to the screening of his film The Islands Project. The screening was followed by a lively Q&A and a tasting of the dishes prepared earlier in the day.

On behalf of the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism, and the Liberal Studies Film Series, I would like to thank all the people involved in making the first of three installments of the Cinema + Chef series a success.
