Vendors of Record from Promotional Products – MasterCard Accepted

Effective immediately, the four vendors of record for promotional products will be accepting MasterCard payments. If you are making purchases for promotional items, you are able to supply the vendors with you credit card information to complete the purchase without having to input a requisition. By completing purchases through the requisition to purchase process you are taking multiple steps which take time and can ultimately hold up the ordering/purchasing of the items. The steps involved in this process include:

• Requisition entry.
• Approval process (departmental/financial services).
• Requisition to Purchase Order – Emailed to vendor.
• Vendor Invoicing.
• Payment

By using your MasterCard it is a 1 time transaction without all of the administrative paperwork. Purchasing suggests that you begin using your MasterCard for these purchases. However, please be aware of your credit card limits and the remaining available funds to ensure you have enough funds available to process the purchase.
