Black Academic Success and Engagement (BASE) equity hub a part of the department of Student Success and Engagement at Humber College. The BASE seeks to provide students who identify as Black, African, Caribbean or African Canadian with community, resources and support to you them fully maximize your campus experience. Our programming is open to students within Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber.


The goal of the BASE is to create a holistic environment, for academic, social and professional development, and civic engagement for all members of the Humber Community.

Our programs assist with the following areas: Academic Support, Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and On and Off Campus Engagement.
