Fellowships

The CCBI and Humber Galleries summer Fellowship program gathers multidisciplinary teams of students to develop cultural projects over a 16-week period. Under the supervision and mentorship of faculty and staff, students work together and explore their individual artistic talents, develop a proposal, produce a concept or design, and finally present their finished project to the public.

Note that the CCBI works in close collaboration with Humber Galleries, so some fellowships that are offered by Humber Galleries are also cross-listed here.

Graphic Medicine Fellowship

The Graphic Medicine Fellowship is a collaboration between Humber Polytechnic, Whitman College (USA) and the Asclepius Snakebite Foundation.

Indigenous Transmedia Fellowship

This program was established to encourage students to further develop their skills in visual culture, digital media, technology, design, and storytelling.

Intercultural & Creative Music Fellowship

In partnership with the Aga Khan Museum, this fellowship aims to foster a greater intercultural understanding of Muslim heritage in music.

Nuit Blanche Fellowship

Humber Galleries and Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus are pleased to partner with the City of Toronto’s annual Nuit Blanche event.
