Future Student's Guide to Getting Started

At Humber, we recognize that not everyone who comes to us is looking for exactly the same thing, so we've created this guide to help you find the resources you need to get started.

What Type of Applicant Am I?

When you look at the Admission Requirements for any of our programs, you'll see an outline of the previous education needed to be eligible to apply. Depending on the program you're looking at, it may also say 'or Mature student status or College or university transfer status'. A lot of people aren't sure which category applies to them, but when you apply on ontariocolleges.ca, they'll ask you a series of questions to determine which applicant category you should be in, so don't worry if you're still not sure at this point.
