To cancel your application or residence offer:

Only for students who have not yet moved into residence

• Log onto the Residence Portal.
• Once logged in:
  • Click “Cancel your Application” in the menu bar
  • Click “Cancel Application” under the term application you wish to cancel
  • To confirm your cancellation, click “Cancel My Application”
  • An email will be sent to you to confirm that you have cancelled.

Completing this form is the only accepted method of cancellation.

Please note the $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable with the exception of international students who cancel by the established deadlines in the Residence and Dining Agreement. For full cancellation details please visit:
