Semi-Suite Style Rooms (Lakeshore Campus)

New in Fall 2024, our new LAR Residence has 156 suites which can accommodate 312 residents. There are also a limited number of premium room types in our new LAR Residence. Students are given the opportunity to indicate a preference for a premium room type and room upgrades are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Semi-Suites are fully furnished and contain two bedrooms which share a foyer, shower room, and washroom.

Note: In your residence application, you will fill out a roommate profile and a roommate selection process will take place in August.
