2025 T4 Tax Statements (Statement of Remuneration Paid) will be available to view, download, and print through the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) by February 27, 2026.

Additional information, including step-by-step instructions on how to access and print your T4 through the HRMS, will be shared in the coming weeks. 

Printed (Mailed) T4 Statements

If you require a printed copy of your T4 statement mailed to your home address, please contact the HR Support Centre. 

Please note that all T4 statements will also be uploaded to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) portal and will be accessible through your personal CRA account. 

Changes to Your Legal Name or Address

In accordance with CRA requirements, the name shown on your T4 statement must be your legal name. If you need to update your legal name, please contact the HR Support Centre by February 9, 2026. 

If you need to update your mailing address, you can follow the step-by-step instructions available on the HRMS Knowledge Base: Add or Update Contact and Address Information. 

Important Notes:

• Employees who do not have an active employment status with Humber Polytechnic will not have access to the HRMS. Their T4 statement will be mailed to the address on file by February 27, 2026. 
• Former employees who need to update their mailing address after leaving Humber Polytechnic must contact the HR Support Centre with their updated information no later than February 9, 2026.
