Enhancing Institutional EDI Knowledge of Disability and Academic Accessibility

• Accessible Learning Services will be providing helpful tips and information through the Communiqué on topics relevant to teaching faculty on a regular basis.  

• Feel free to visit our ALS Information for Faculty website and review our Faculty Model for Communication on Accommodation for detailed information on a variety of topics. Topics include: the accommodation process, how accommodations are determined, accessibility legislation and guidelines on specific accommodations such as extensions, absences and memory aids.  

We would like to invite teaching faculty to connect with ALS anytime if you have specific questions about a student’s accommodations.
