Add Your Voice to Humber Tomorrow

As the college enters into its fourth year of its five-year strategic plan, Humber wants to hear from you about what we have learned over this last year of unprecedented change and discuss what we can do to continue to be successful in achieving our strategic goals. Your input will also feed into the refresh of our academic and digital campus plans scheduled to take place in the fall.

While our strategic plan goals remain current, we know there are some that we want to pay particular attention to in the last two years. These five priorities emanate from our 2018-2023 Strategic Plan and include: The New Polytechnic Approach, Flexible Learning, Healthy & Inclusive Community, Remote & Hybrid Work Culture and Digital Campus. Further details on these priorities can be found in the document: Humber Tomorrow.

Outlined below are the various ways that employees can share their voices in the Humber Tomorrow process.

In addition to the May 5th virtual all-employee consultation, two additional sessions are being held:

Please register early and for one session only as registration is limited. If the three sessions reach capacity, an additional session will be held.

On May 20 from 12 to 1:30 p.m., we will be holding an all-faculty consultation. Attendance will also be limited to better enable opportunities for participation.

Employees can also complete the online feedback form or can hold their own consultation session with their colleagues by using the Humber Tomorrow consultation toolkit. Both of these feedback mechanisms are located on the WeAreHumber website.

Summaries of our various consultation sessions will appear on the Planning & Consultation Documents section of the WeAreHumber website as they become available.

If you have any questions about the process, please contact strategicplanning@humber.ca.
