ALS Best Practice Considerations - Enhancing Opportunities for Success

View three suggestions to enhance the academic accessibility of assessments for all students:

  • Post critical path by the first day of class and make every effort to adhere to it in order to allow students to plan accordingly. 

  • Provide assessment reviews to clarify expectations and specify format of tests/exams in advance. 

  • Scaffold major assignments to allow for ongoing feedback.
