I am pleased to announce the appointment of Angelo Presta as Associate Vice-President, Facilities Management and Development. Angelo holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from McMaster University and has extensive experience in hospital administration, clinical department management, strategic planning as well as facilities operations and capital development.
Angelo joined Humber in 2015 in the role of Senior Director, Capital Development and Facilities Management. Since then, Angelo’s responsibilities have expanded to include Parking Services. Some of the key projects & achievements that have been delivered under Angelo’s leadership are:
- Barrett Centre of Technology & Innovation
- Commuter Hub (North campus Parking Structure)
- Education & Training Centre (30 Carrier Drive)
- International Graduate School (Downtown campus)
- Integrated Energy Master Plan (numerous projects)
- Light Rail Transit (North campus)
- Campus Redevelopment (including academic, student and retail spaces)
- Cultural Hub including Residence building (Lakeshore campus revitalization)
This change in title is reflective of this position’s responsibilities and aligned to HROE’s recently updated nomenclature. Please join me in recognizing and congratulating Angelo for earning this new role.
