Black Heritage Month 2025

The Office of EDIB’s Black Student Support & Engagement team are thrilled to invite you to join us in celebrating Black Heritage Month 2025! This year, we proudly embrace the theme: "Roots & Rhythms: Celebrating Black Culture, Creativity, and Community."

This theme honours the profound influence of Black culture, the limitless creativity of the Black community, and the strength and unity found in shared experiences.

Kick off Black Heritage Month with an inspiring and lively event featuring music, dynamic performances, and powerful reflections on the legacy and future of Black creativity, heritage and community! 

Black Heritage Month Opening Ceremonies:

This celebration will set the tone for a month filled with opportunities to connect, honour, and be inspired by the richness of Black heritage.
