Pre-Summit Discussion Series

The City of Toronto is partnering with the city's eight higher education institutions to address urban challenges and launch this year's CivicLabTO programming, including the CivicLabTO Academic Summit.

The Pre-Summit Discussion Series launches on June 10 at 9:30 a.m. EDT, with Toronto City Manager Chris Murray, York University President Rhonda Lenton, and Humber College President Chris Whitaker set to discuss key themes related to recovery and rebuilding Toronto post-pandemic.

The discussion series is a free, informal, virtual chat introducing the key questions, collaborations, research and opportunities as we collectively build a more resilient city, setting the stage for the CivicLabTO Academic Summit taking place November 23 and 24, 2021.
