Humber's Centres of Innovation (COI) Network is more than an innovation hub—it’s a catalyst for change, bringing students, faculty members and partners together to turn creative ideas into actionable solutions.
 
And our actions are building momentum.
 
Last year alone, the five COIs engaged over 2,200 students and 664 faculty members in COI activities, including capstone projects. As a Network, we attracted more than $3 million in contributions (cash and in-kind) from industry and community partners and received $430,000 in government research grants.
 
We were able to find actionable solutions, drive momentum, and more because innovation thrives when diverse skills, perspectives, and expertise converge. Our COIs and the Network is living proof that when we collaborate, we don't just innovate—we make an impact.
