As part of the College’s DX Receiving project, we will be building a new one-storey building in the space behind building D at the North Campus. This receiving building will have walk-in fridges and freezers, loading docks, loading areas, and office spaces, serving the Faculty of Business’ culinary programs, as well as other campus services.
Starting Monday, February 24, 2020, a large portion of parking lot 15 will be closed permanently. The portable building DX will also be demolished.

Alternative parking spots have been arranged for staff who currently park in the affected area of parking lot 15. During construction, staff who continue parking in lot 15 will experience some noise and inconveniences – especially during excavation activities. We apologize in advance for disturbances and are working with our contractors to minimize the impact.
