Next week, Humber will introduce the new Downtown Campus webpages as part of the transition to a new Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that is transforming our website and the user experience on it.
Users will notice that the Downtown Campus webpages have been redesigned to enhance their onsite experience.
Research for the pages included extensive case study use along with profiles of current students and alumni to share their experience of Humber's Downtown Campus and the relevance, value and amenities available while studying in downtown Toronto.
The pages will also feature new content to support and highlight the Downtown Campus’ unique benefits. Industry connections and opportunities for participation are also included.
This launch continues our "Experience First" approach to migrating and implementing websites to DXP, focused on clarity about site audience, the journey being supported and the results that are most valued.
The new Downtown Campus webpages follow the model for other future Humber sites. After this launch, additional webpages will be updated in the coming months with other websites being prioritized to be migrated to DXP and the new design.
As Builders of Brilliance, Humber continues to define polytechnic education and reimagine learning. That includes providing an unparalleled student experience in person, on campus and digitally from our first interactions. The DXP is a reflection of this commitment that includes an integrated suite of tools and apps to create meaningful relationships with our prospects, students and alumni as they become engaged with Humber on our websites and digital media.
DXP is Humber’s investment in a new web platform that will support a radically enhanced online experience for all websites within the humber.ca domain. Learn more in the Communiqué post “What is DXP?”
The DXP-enabled humber.ca website is part of the Digital Student Experience (DSX) Program that emerged from the 2023-2026 Digital Campus and Academic Plans and focuses on enhancing the digital student experience.
