The final exam period is upon us, and as a result, Testing Services will be operating at maximum capacity over the next few weeks. The Lakeshore Campus Testing Centre will be extremely busy the week of April 17-21.  We will see upwards of 150 students per day in the Lakeshore Test Centre.   The North Campus Testing Centre will be extremely busy the weeks of April 17-21 and 24-28. We see upwards of 500 students per day at the North Test Centre.

• Testing Services may need to prioritize accommodated testing during the Humber and University of Guelph-Humber exam period (April 10-May 2), in order to reduce wait times and ensure that students who require accommodated testing are able to gain access. 

• Whenever possible, please refrain from sending non-accommodated testing activity to the test centres during the final exam period.  Reducing the amount of non-accommodated testing will significantly reduce wait times. 

• As a gentle reminder, when students are using the test centres, please submit exams a few days in advance to ensure a seamless check-in process.  When test referral forms are completed with all permitted materials and accommodation details clearly outlined it helps to reduce wait times for students.
