As mandated by the fire code the Department of Public Safety will be conducting fire evacuation drills during the month of May 2012.

The following are the assigned dates:

• Friday, May 4, 2012 at 10 a.m. - North Campus – This is a campus-wide evacuation drill.
• Friday, May 25, 2012 starting at 10:30 a.m. – Lakeshore East side only. Each building will be done independently starting with Building C.

When the evacuation alarm sounds all occupants in the impacted building or fire alarm zone are expected to evacuate the space and assemble outside the building. When the “all clear” is provided by the drill manager, occupants will be advised to re-enter the building/zone and return to studies/work.

Emergency Response Team members will be wearing their high visibility orange vests.
