Welcome to the Virgin Pulse Global Challenge 2019!
Every great team starts with a little competition and a lot of fun. This year, Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber are pleased to offer you another exciting and adventurous way to be healthy while becoming an even greater, stronger team.
First, you will need to commit to a team of seven colleagues, and then nominate a team captain.
You will then wear your Virgin Max Buzz each day to track your activity. Whether you chose to step it up by walking, biking or ballroom dancing, work with your team and motivate each other to get moving more each day!
On September 4, 2019, you and your team will start the 100-day virtual journey around the world. The more active you are, the further you will progress and the more virtual locations your team will unlock. Whether it is the virtual trophies, leaderboards or your motivational colleagues, you will find your own source of inspiration to achieve milestones along the way.
