1. Customer Service Standards Training

The Customer Service Standard Training was the first mandatory training to be released under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). All Humber employees who are full-time, part-time, sessional, contract and work-study students are required to complete the AODA Customer Service Standard Online Training.
