As part of our on-campus services, a representative from our health insurance provider, Alumo, is available to assist students with their health insurance inquiries. Shahen, our dedicated representative, provides in-person support for both the International OHIP Alternative and the IGNITE Extended Health and Dental plans.

Her schedule is as follows:

• Lakeshore Campus: Every Monday and Tuesday at H 100 (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• North Campus: Every Thursday and Friday at the Wellness Centre (LRC 2nd floor, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
• Rotating Schedule: Every Wednesday (alternating between North Campus and Downtown Campus, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

This service is intended to provide students with accessible, in-person support for their health insurance coverage.
