Healthy Campus Student Engagement Discussion

As you may know, Humber has the ambitious goal of becoming the healthiest campus in Canada. In order to make sure we achieve that goal, we need input from our students.

A healthy campus is one that fosters and supports mental, physical, financial and social health; as well as equity, diversity and inclusion, and community.

We need to learn about student experiences to help us identify what is working and where we can work to improve. To gather this feedback we are holding Healthy and Inclusive Campus Student Engagement Discussions in early March and I would encourage you to share these opportunities with students so we can gather as much feedback as possible.

Each day, all student attendees will receive a $10 Tim Horton’s card and a draw will be held for $500 towards tuition.

The 60-minute sessions will be held at Lakeshore and North campuses on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4
    Lakeshore Campus, L1017
  • Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10
North Campus, Seventh Semester (KB111) by the Food Emporium

Students can register for a session here, and select the date, time and location that work best for them. As we collect the information from these discussions the identities of the respondents will remain confidential.

Thank you for your help. Together we can make Humber the healthiest campus in Canada.
