Do you want to live a healthier lifestyle?

The Humber Centre for Healthy Living program, Healthy Changes can help make it happen!

Healthy Changes is a comprehensive, eight-month program that combines nutrition, culinary and exercise skills to help you in establishing and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. It includes fitness and nutrition assessments, 12 workshops that cover topics to assist in behaviour change, nutrition, and healthy cooking, as well as two personal training sessions per week. Workshops will be led by HRT faculty in the fall with our HRT students taking over during the winter semester. Your fitness and nutrition assessments will be completed by the HRT students who will design personal workout and meal plans to meet your goals.

Participation: This program is open to Humber students, faculty and staff, as well as industry partners. Participation requires a commitment of 120-150 minutes/week and access to the Humber North campus for services.
