Humber's Child Development Center will be celebrating Halloween starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 31 by having some treats and fun. The staff and children will do some trick or treating around the center and the College. If you would like the children to come by your offices for a treat please do let us know so we can make it a part of our plan.
