This initiative aligns with our Humber Food Strategy and Vision, reinforcing our dedication to sustainability, health-conscious dining, and food accessibility across campus. 

By taking this step, Humber Polytechnic is expanding plant-based meal options, reducing its carbon footprint, and supporting a more sustainable food system. This pledge reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a healthier community while contributing to global sustainability and food innovation efforts.
