Humber's Reimagined Digital Recruitment Experience Launches Later This Month

On March 23, Humber will launch a renewed digital recruitment experience designed around one priority: students.

From their first interaction with Humber Polytechnic, prospective learners will experience a clearer, more intuitive path to exploring programs, understanding pathways, and taking next steps with confidence. Removing barriers to recruitment and enrollment, across humber.ca, program search, program pages, and new faculty showcase sites, the focus has shifted to reducing friction, simplifying decision-making, and reflecting the strength of our polytechnic identity.

Key enhancements:

  • Creates a seamless and consistent recruitment experience, making it easier for prospective students to explore programs and take the next step.
  • Helps us understand how future students move through the site and where we can improve their path to applying.
  • Provides clear data on what’s attracting and converting students, so we can focus our efforts where they have the most impact.
  • Positions Humber to adopt advanced tools like AI and better-connected recruitment information moving forward.

Built with behavioural analytics and real-time engagement insights, the new experience also strengthens Humber’s ability to make informed, data-driven, efficient decisions and continuously improve how we support learners at every stage of their journey.

This work, delivered through the DSX project on the Digital Experience Platform, puts Humber Inspired into action by aligning our brand, technology, and content around the needs of future students. The DSX program will wrap up on March 31, 2026.

The technical launch will begin on March 20. During this transition, portions of the site will be phased in over several days. We appreciate your patience as we complete this work ahead of our official go-live on Monday, March 23, 2026.

Thank you to the Faculties, International, the Registrar’s Office, Recruitment and Student Mobility, and Continuous Professional Learning, for their input and insights that helped to shape this new digital experience. The collaboration that shaped this process was invaluable.

We would also like to thank the team for their diligence and hard work on this important element of strengthening our recruitment and enrollment efforts at such a critical time.
