Important message regarding emPATH and PPCS system retirement on July 15
Recently we shared an important communiqué in regards to the retirement of some current systems, and what this will mean for you.
This is a gentle reminder that the Part-time Pending Contracts System (PPCS) and emPath systems will be retiring next Monday, July 15, 2019, in preparation for the implementation of the new Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
The attached communications outline the actions that need to be taken before, during and after the HRMS Go-Live date of August 5, 2019.
Processes that will be impacted by system retirement on August 5, 2019:
- PPCS: Non Full-Time Contract recruiting or Contract Administration
- emPath: One time Payments Processing and Payment Processing for Non-Employee Contracts
- emPath: Mid-Year Position (Complement) Changes, End of Secondments, Retirements and Resignations and Terminations
