Interdepartmental Mail

On behalf of Facilities Management, the Mailroom would like to humbly request all staff members when sending interdepartmental mail within the college to kindly address the envelope with the full name of the staff including the name of the department. Many of us are using the room numbers instead of the name of the department. This delays the delivery of the envelop as the mailroom staff have to look up those names in the staff directory. Thank you.
