The 2024 edition of Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice is available. Launch of the Journal will be announced in spring 2025.
Professor Jasteena Dhillon, co-Chief Editor explains that the Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice, compiled by the Bachelor of Paralegal Studies program, provides a forum to critically examine issues related to the scope of paralegal practice and the role of paralegals in advancing access to justice.
In the 2024 edition, the Journal of Paralegal Access to Justice has articles written by paralegal students and graduates, edited by law professors and legal practitioners on housing rights, Shari'ah law, human rights, self-representation, procedural fairness, artificial intelligence, persons with disabilities, and indigenous communities.
