Nancy Simms Honoured as One of 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women

May 16, 2016

Congratulations to Nancy Simms, director of Humber's Centre for Human Rights, Equity & Diversity, who has been included in an educational publication called 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women (100ABCWomen). The book documents the accomplishments of Black Canadian women in a wide range of fields, including government, not-for-profit, financial, legal, real estate, health, education, entertainment, and fine arts. 100ABCWomen also highlights the contributions made by trailblazers, pioneers, and unsung and posthumous heroes.

Nancy will be honoured at a gala event on June 16, where the book will launch. For more information, go to 100abcwomen.ca and 100abcwomen.ca/nancy-simms.
