Natalie Green is Humber’s New Associate Dean Digital Learning

I am very pleased to announce that Natalie Green is Humber's new Associate Dean Digital Learning. Natalie brings a wealth of educational technology, curriculum development, and instructional design expertise to Humber. She is excited about joining the Humber team at this time to contribute to the vision for reimagining learning. Natalie will be responsible for providing leadership to the Digital Learning team as well as support to the Associate Vice-President Teaching & Learning, the Centre for Innovative Learning, and the entire Humber community to advance teaching and learning innovation.

Natalie joins Humber from Conestoga College where, most recently, she held the position of Program Manager in the School of Business. In her role at Conestoga, Natalie was responsible for leading a team of curriculum developers to support the growth of online and flexible programs. Prior to her role at Conestoga, Natalie was the Associate Director, Distance and Continuing Education at Open Learning and Educational Support (OpenEd) at the University of Guelph. She provided vision and leadership in instructional design, quality assurance, and program and business development, and led production and logistics teams to deliver over 400 degree and non-degree credit courses, including micro-credential programs such as diplomas, certificates, and digital badges. She also supported the development of three fully online programs at the University of Guelph-Humber. Natalie also has extensive experience in supporting learning and curriculum development and leading teams with an emphasis on advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Natalie holds a Master of Educational Technology (MET) from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Instructional Designer. She has held a number of leadership roles including President of the Ontario Council for University Lifelong Learning (OCULL).
