Humber Facilities is installing a new Solar PV system at the North Campus.
As part of this project, the solar system will be connected to the campus electrical distribution system. In order to make these connections, an electrical shutdown of a large number of buildings on campus is planned for Saturday, February 22, starting at 9 p.m. During this shutdown, any systems that are not on emergency power will not have power.
