Peer-Led Wellness Workshops
Peer Wellness is offering free Peer-Led Wellness Workshops in person at North Campus, Lakeshore Campus, IGS, and virtually. This is an opportunity to get to know your Peer Wellness Coaches and learn about all topics related to wellness, including: sleep hygiene, stress management, building resiliency, financial wellness, positive social relationships, work/school/life balance, forming healthy habits, happiness and gratitude, community belonging, exercise and nutrition, resource navigation, and more. Come out and enjoy. Snacks are on us.

- Goal Setting: February 7: 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at North Campus led by Jen and SaeLim
Have you ever had a goal but had a hard time achieving it? Come to this session where we will be exploring how to set goals in different aspects of your life. We will discuss how to set short- and long-term goals, as well as how to shape them using the SMART-goal formula. Please register using your Humber/Guelph Humber email address.

1x1 Coaching Sessions with a Peer Wellness Coach
Peer Wellness will be offering free 1x1 Peer Wellness Coaching virtually. You can meet with a Peer Wellness Coach to discuss various wellness topics, including: sleep hygiene, stress management, building resiliency, financial wellness, positive social relationships, work/school/life balance, forming healthy habits, happiness and gratitude, community celonging, exercise and nutrition, resource navigation, and more
Once you complete the registration, you will be matched with a coach and can book a session based on your availability.
