As you know, as of October 1, 2025, full-time and regular part-time support employees, and their immediate family, now have access to a full range of health and wellness services available under our new Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) with Homewood.
Homewood’s EFAP offers access to a variety of online resources to help you take charge of your health and well-being. The Homewood website offers mental health and wellness multimedia content including videos, self-paced modules and exercises, digital wellness sessions, articles and more.
The website also offers access to an innovative digital mental health platform called Pathfinder. Pathfinder tailors personalized care plans, service and resource recommendations based on your unique presenting issue.
Access mental health and wellness support when you want it — anywhere, anytime by smartphone, tablet or computer.
To access Homewood’s online resources, please follow the registration instructions below or this Registration Video Tutorial:
- Step 1: Visit https://homeweb.ca/en and click ‘Register’.
- Step 2: Type in Humber and click ‘Find it!’ Select Humber from the list provided.
- Step 3: Enter the following invitation code: HCI970. Then click ‘Next’ Step.’
- Step 4: Enter your information into the required fields, choose an email and password, and click ‘Next Step.’
- Step 5: Confirm your relationship with Humber (e.g. employee, manager/ leader, spouse, dependent, etc.) and click ‘Next Step.’
- Step 6: Enter your job title and hire date with Humber/ University of Guelph-Humber and click ‘Create a Homeweb Account.’
Please remember to validate your email address within 24 hours to finish your registration.
