The Office of the Registrar is looking for staff to assist with the Spring 2025 Convocation ceremonies. Convocation is taking place from Tuesday, June 17 to Friday, June 20 at the Toronto Congress Centre (TCC) - North Building. The ceremony schedule by program can be found on the Convocation website. Duties may include gowning, directional, and Convocation Hall support.

There are five shifts available for non-Office of the Registrar staff, and you may sign up for one or more shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Full Day Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Full Day & Evening Shift: 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

If you are interested in working Convocation, please sign up and fill out your availability on the MS Form by Wednesday, May 14.

The Office of the Registrar is also hosting orientation sessions for staff who sign up, to learn more about convocation and the various roles. Feel free to join one of the orientation sessions below:

• Thursday, May 15 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (North Campus, J120A)
• Wednesday, May 21 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. (North Campus, J202)

Please ensure you obtain approval from your manager if you would like to assist with Convocation during your regularly scheduled shift. Faculty members who wish to volunteer for convocation should connect with their Faculty Divisional Marshal.
