School Shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia

We are deeply saddened by the tragic mass shooting that took place on February 10, 2026, in the community of Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. Current reports indicate that nine people were killed and many others were injured in the violence, which occurred at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School and a nearby residence.

This devastating event has left families, educators, students, and the broader community in profound grief. Our thoughts are with all those affected during this incredibly difficult time.

In recognition of the lives lost and in solidarity with the community of Tumbler Ridge, Humber’s flags will be lowered.
