Innovative Learning welcomed a new cohort of full-time faculty who began the Teaching Excellence Program (TEP) on August 18.
This year marks a special milestone for TEP, for the first time, the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), an internationally recognized program, was offered as the opening component of TEP. The ISW is an intensive program that equips post-secondary educators with practical skills for teaching adults, making it an exceptional form of professional development.
By completing the ISW, our new TEP faculty cohort not only earned ISW accreditation but also began the academic year with a strong foundation in learner-centred, inclusive teaching practices.
Congratulations to the TEP faculty cohort who are now ISW accredited! We look forward to continuing the TEP journey with you.
