We are approaching final exams and Testing Services is anticipating a continued high demand for service required by our students with accommodations. For this reason, Testing Services will proceed in the same manner as in the summer semester where the centre will be made available exclusively for accommodated testing. Each academic unit was most considerate and able to resource alternate testing sites for students requiring conflict testing, which significantly impacted our ability to contain wait times. We have provided a schedule identifying the blocked time period for Testing Services and when conflict testing can resume.

In order to help us manage traffic, we request that faculty and staff refrain from picking up completed exams before 11:30 a.m. We also request that each faculty area provide us with the confirmed dates and times of alternate testing sites that have been established for conflict testing for students without accommodations.

We expect that our academic partners will be able to capture much of their conflict testing needs within their units, but where this is not possible, Testing Services will make every effort to support by absorbing these students and get students tested (accommodation or not).
