Beginning next week, Humber will implement Microsoft Defender to manage incoming e-mail as part of a broader initiative to improve cost efficiency.  

This transition will occur seamlessly, requiring no action from clients and with no anticipated impact on e-mail delivery or functionality. 

Simultaneously, Humber will also be enhancing its e-mail security posture by enabling Exchange Online Protection, a Microsoft 365 feature designed to combat phishing threats. 

This tool provides real-time safety alerts—such as warnings when e-mails are received from unfamiliar senders—to help clients identify potentially suspicious messages.
