The Humber Interactive Portfolio Show is an annual showcase of the Multimedia Design Diploma Program's graduating class and their work.

Join Humber College Multimedia Design graduates as they showcase their portfolios.

Multimedia Design Program
The students of the Multimedia program at Humber learn a range of interactive media production skills including interface design, motion graphics, web coding, streaming, video and sound editing, graphic production and interactive design. Students use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and current technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Actionscript 3.0 to create their work.

What:  School/College/Work Initiative Provincial Symposium 2011

For:  Interested staff, faculty and administrators from colleges across Ontario

The Co-Management Team of the School College Work Initiative (SCWI) will be hosting the 2011 Provincial Symposium at Humber College funded by both the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. 

This one-day program will feature workshops presented by district school boards and colleges from across the province on SCWI activities and dual credits. They will share information about the effective programs that are being offered to secondary students in SCWI projects this year and plans for next year. 

Representatives will include Directors, Supervisory Offices, Student Success Leaders, Secondary Principals, Teachers, Guidance Counsellors, OYAP Co-ordinators, Dual Credit and Co-op Eduacation teachers. Invited guest include Presidents, Academic VPs, Registrars, Student Services staff and interested faculty from all Colleges.

Special guest this year will be the Hon. Leona Dombrowsky, Ministry of Education.

Colleges begin to receive application information from ontariocolleges.ca for fall 2011 admission.

February 1, 2011
All applications received by ontariocolleges.ca on or before February 1 will be given equal consideration in the application process.

Applications received after February 1 will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the availability of space in the program. For program availability, refer to Humber program availability

First release of admission decisions.

March 31, 2011
Release of all first-round offers of admission. Based on the availability of space in a program, additional offers will be released following this date.
Applicants who are placed on a wait-list will be notified at this time.

May 2, 2011
Applicants must confirm which offer of admission they are accepting. This must be done online at ontariocolleges.ca or by phone at 1.888.892.2228. Late confirmations will only be accepted if space is available in the program.
 
June 29, 2011
Tuition fees are due. Please see the Fee section for more information. Late fees will only be accepted if space is available in the program.

Please note:
An offer of admission may be withdrawn if an applicant fails to confirm acceptance and/or pay fees by the stipulated deadlines.

Applications for winter and spring will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation dates and fee due dates vary depending on the approval date. Applicants should check their documentation closely. Late confirmations and payments will only be accepted if space is available in the program.
