In this course, you will be introduced to the basic production of yeast dough products. Common mixing methods and techniques will be used to prepare and present soft rolls, vienna bread and kaisers. This is a two series workshop on Thursday, May 25 and Thursday, June 1.

Humber has launched Ensemble Video, found at stream.humber.ca. Faculty can now seamlessly upload, manage and share their educational video content with colleagues and students.

In this workshop, you will have a chance to work with Ensemble’s built-in Amara caption editor to ensure that your videos are accessible.
