Mark your calendars! President Whitaker and Ray Dyck, director of Organizational Effectiveness, will present the high-level findings of the 2014 Employee Engagement Survey conducted last November by CCI Research.  Plan now to attend one of two Town Hall sessions to be held next week – March 3rd at North (Governor’s Boardroom) and March 5th at Lakeshore (L1017) – to learn about the survey results.

With an overall response rate of 50 per cent, analysis of the results help us learn about ourselves and our levels of engagement and will guide the development of action plans to make improvements. Don’t miss this important opportunity to dialogue with colleagues about our shared place of work and learning!

If you can’t join us in person for lunch and conversation, please participate online. All Town Halls are live streamed by Humber’s Media Services Team at www.humber.ca/wearehumber.
