THE VISION
The third annual Innovation Fair brings people together to share ideas, brainstorm solutions and capture knowledge of successes and challenges in innovative programs aimed at improving the lives of children and youth.
THE FAIR
Held to mark Universal Children’s Day (November 20), this event allows those interested in Children and Youth Programming - including students, practitioners and potential partners - to showcase their most innovative programming, domestic and/or international.

Time: 4:20 p.m. - 5:10 p.m.
There is a link between knowing your audience and being able to deliver content to a group of learners. Effective teaching is about making connections with students in order to increase their success in a learning environment.
In this workshop, participants will explore qualities of post-secondary learners and design strategies to meet their diverse needs. This session will give participants techniques to become more effective teachers.
