October is Canadian Library Month. Did you know that the Centre for Teaching and Learning has a professional development library? We do! With hundreds of titles on offer, Humber faculty and staff are sure to find one that suits their needs. Stop by the CTL to check out a book today or email renee.burt@humber.ca to request to browse the library catalogue.
Humber Libraries' Picks of the Month features resources from the library collection. Each month we'll choose a new list based on timely themes and current trends.
This month, we're showcasing popular magazine titles from Flipster, a digital magazine 'newsstand' service. Read popular magazines including Maclean’s, National Geographic, Rolling Stone, GQ, Today's Parent, Toronto Life, Vogue and more in full colour format online.
The School of Applied Technology is pleased to represent Humber at EDIT: Expo for Design, Innovation & Technology, a unique collaboration between the Design Exchange and the UNITED NATIONS Development Programme (UNDP). The theme of the Humber exhibit is “Sustainability by Design”.
Fashion Arts and Business students would like to donate to the less fortunate for Thanksgiving. We are collecting nonperishable food items. Please drop off items at North Campus at The Business School (E205) or Fashion Resource Room (H305). Please help us bring joy to families in need by donating nonperishable food items to the Youth Without Shelter.
